Duties
The Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) Information Management Services (IMS) organization is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative individual to provide oversight and leadership across multiple IMS programs and enterprise initiatives. This position plays a key role in helping deliver mission-critical IT capabilities to a multi-contractor federal environment and directly supports organizational strategy, technology adoption, and enterprise integration. This individual will operate both as a leader and an individual contributor—driving program execution, managing organizational change efforts, partnering with senior leadership, and ensuring successful outcomes across diverse and complex IT initiatives. This role will be a key IMS Interface with CIOs, DOE leaders, and contractors. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Playing an active role in building and enhancing the IMS organization's formal OCM program- contributing frameworks, practices, and implementation guidance. Ultimately, holding program oversight of the IMS OCM program. *Oversee and coordinate specific IMS programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. *Lead enterprise-level Organizational Change Management activities, including stakeholder outreach, communication planning, readiness assessments, and adoption strategies. *Key IMS Interface with CIOs, DOE leaders, and contractor representatives to establish shared priorities, remove barriers, and advance enterprise adoption goals. *Organize and facilitate high level collaboration forums, executive work sessions, and cross contractor CIO engagements to support enterprise IT alignment. *Create communication frameworks, training content, end user materials, and support resources that enable seamless technology transitions and user adoption. *Produce clear, concise, and executive-ready reports, presentations, and briefings that convey progress, risks, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
*BA/BS degree -OR- an equivalent combination of education/experience. *8+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years directly related to the Information Technology field. *Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (MS Office Suite, MS Forms, MS Copilot, etc.), SharePoint, and AI/automation tools (including Microsoft Copilot). *Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
Compensation
